Can anybody tell me what kind of buggy this is?
I got it in a trade, it has a Futaba radio with it and the stickers
on the wing say powered by Hyper 21.

I'm thinking its a OFNA HYPER 7.
 
doesn't the Hyper 7 have a vertical steering servo in it? I'm guessing a Jammin of some sort.
