Turnigy Titan 1/5 scale truck

Do any of you have knowledge of this truck? I'm thinking about it and before I do it I'd like to hear from someone who knows if it's OK or not. I'm not going to spend $600 to $1K for a truck and for me, this looks like it would serve my purpose.

it looks like parts are hard to come by. if i were you for 600 i would buy a king motor baja. i have one and i love it.

For around $600 you could get a used baja 5b/t. I got mine for $600 even, with some upgrades and not much use.

I've not seen or read much at all about them other than parts availability is low.

The HK Baja from there though is good and is a HPI Baja clone, full parts swapability...Just need a radio and both servo's to get it going.

Yeah their the same thing basically. King Motor is one replica brand and then Rovan, which is what the HK ones are, is another. The king Motor's come with alot larger engines and have servos and a radio, so that can be the way to go totally for some guys. I went with the Hk just cuz it was cheap and I had extra radio/rx already so all I needed was servo's. If I were to do it again, Id prolly go with the King Motor with larger engine.

Actually yeah, if you have the $600, that ebay link is way better. The shipping from Hk is $70, so thats over $400, then the price of two servos, which need a good amount of tq, and then a radio setup, plus 4.5 more cc's of engine.

Look into these if you're wanting a truck, I've heard good things about them. He normally has buggies as well, but right now I'm only seeing the trucks. They come RTR with a FlySky GT3B.

if i were you i would buy from Danlc4. dan will hook you up just send him a message and ask him how much he would take off the price and he will discount the baja for a cheaper price. he also has great customer service because if there is anything wrong he usually will make it right.

Well I decided to sell my 3.3 Tmaxx, Savage 25, XTM Mammoth and 2 engines on Ebay the get some $$$ to buy a truck. A guy in CT contacted me and said he had a FS King Kong truck with a bunch of upgrades he was selling for $650 and he would trade me all of my trucks for his and so I spent yesterday packing up everything and mailing it to him.
