tuning problem

I just picked up a used LST2 and not too familiar with nitro my kids are wanting to keep it so its time to ask questions and learn some things if there is anyone that can help with tuning the mach 427 I would appreciate it I have it set 3 and a half out on HSN and LSN still way rich and won't move really from a dead stop it almost needs full throttle to get in motion once its moving it seems like it rips if you can help let me know what I should do

What fuel are you running too? They seem to run better with 25-30%.
