trx 2.5 tuning issue

Those engines make alot of power for thier size, but they are just too small to pull any weight, and live for long. Get rid of it before you pull all your hair out, and pick up a nice MGT or a Savage. Once you have a Big Block Truck, you'll never go back.

Heya Bill...your back on the forum huh.

I agree....out of three 2.5 mills that I have now, only one holds a tune well and tunes well. The other two produce awesome power but it's kind of a moot point as they usually wont hold a tune for more then three tanks. THe 2.5 is definitley better suited in something smaller and leighter like a Nitro Rusty.

Big bore Maxx's kick ass but require ALLOT of funds to do PROPERLY. I/E. Tranny, Driveline and Diff upgrades to name a few.
