Truck wants to Bog out at Full Throttle

Just finished tank 5 of break in, and I went to do tank 6, and everything runs fine, it takes off well, and everything. It started right up, handles well, BUT, at full throttle, it wants to bog out, and stall. I'm guessing this is too lean? I adjusted the high speed needle 1/8 counter clockwise, and it still wants to bog out.

it should be either lean or rich, so turn the needle 1/4 the opposite way you just turned it.

my trx 2.5 is doing the same thing and I've tried everthing nothing help i just bought a new engine

You're just finishing the break in and the HSN is still rich. If the take off is good, start leaning the HSN a little at a time till it runs good at WOT. Don't make any adjustments till the engine is properly warmed up.
