I just bought a used t maxx with a sirio tx .18 motor on it. I keep stripping the teeth of the spur gear I've put three new spurs gears on and ruined all of them I've takin it to the hobby shop several times and they have no idea why it keeps rippin the gears apart any help would be great

Assuming your gear mesh is correct, there is a good possibility that your tanny screws have come loose or are stripped out. I have seen this before, under load the tranny will shift and you can strip your spur. Also check the motor mount screws, make sure you use locktite and that none of the holes are stripped.
