break in went fine then didnt start now it wants to go wide open and die
 
Pull the air filter tube off the Carb and make sure your Carb is closing to the point that there is a 1mm air gap. Also look for cracks in the crankcase or Carb body. It sounds like you have one of those 2 issues.
