Traxxas Talon vs Talon EXT 2.8 Truck tires (Heads up)

Just got Talon EXTs from the Rustler 4x4 for my Rustler 2WD

Talon EXTs are from the normal Rustler 4x4
Talon tires are from the Stampede

If you are looking into getting Talon Tires, EXTs have a more aggressive tread than the normal Talon tires. EXTs might last longer and have more traction.

Also, wheel designs. If I am correct, the normal talon tires from the stampede comes with 5 star chrome wheels. The Talon EXTs come with RXT wheels and available in different colors.

Talon EXTs on my Rustler 2WD:
#6774 for 2WD Rear
#6773 for 2WD Front

Talon tires are a little bit bigger than anacondas
Talon tires are a little bit smaller than old Duratrax Lockup 2.8 MTs I had (which I had issues with on both cars as they were super sized and too big.
And also for the fun for it, Talon EXTs compared to old Six Pack SCs I had (which I can't use anymore due to a rounded hex)

They are actually front offset wheels for the 2wd slash. Just letting you know.
I like to collect stuff and keep stuff so ill see about that.

The EXTs come with stickers. So I put them on the wall.
TSM Rated. Don't know what that means. But I know TSM is Traxxas's Gyro. Guessing that the EXTs will balloon a lot less than the normal ones being that they are TSM rated? Not really sure.

The Gravix tires looks like a good tire for all around offroad and street bashing. Not as big of a lug / knob tire as the Talons

Yes, they come standard on the Ultimate Rustler 4x4.

I used the Talon EXTs when I built my own.
