I know that LEM does not do them anymore but found a cheap Chinese one that looks just like the LEM V3. Has anyone tried this? At a tenner I'll probably give it a try.

What the heck LEM is out again? 
I would suspect as long as they are machined halfway decent they will be an improvement over the stock one.
