My dad recently bought this little truck, very hard to drive on the street. We havent tried it in hard dirt yet. On the street it flips over like crazy just doing a small turn. The last time we drove it I put the suspension super soft and it helped alot. I noticed online there is different settings in the esc for different driving types but he hasnt drove it since the last time about 2 weeks ago. Will the esc settings help or is this truck only made for dirt. The body is all torn up already and its only been driven 3 times. Its just way to fast. He did buy another battery and a splitter but its so out of control now were to scared to add the other battery. Is the truck to narrow for street running, should he try to make it a e revo using the wider tires?
I wanted him to buy the e revo but he got the slash instead.

All slashes suck on the road stock. Stiffening the suspension up will help out. Also if the suspension is adjust able so that you can change how its mounted and get the ride height lower, that will also help out.

It seems those tiny tires are the major point of instability besides the suspension. The Revo flips too just a bit more controllable, short of converting it to a Revo I am not sure how to fix it.

Well since its my dads its hard to get him to do things, I want to set out markers in the street and make a course to follow. This way it may be easier to control then full out speed. He likes to go back and forth full throttle in a straight line. Thats it. These are made to turn and jump and he needs to understand that. Plus they are made to be driven on dirt. I told him to go out to a baseball field and mess around with it but he hasnt driven it by himself yet and I'm afraid he has given up on it. Its brand new and only used a few times. Its sad.

He has a more fun with his rock crawler which is why I tried to talk him out of the little fast cars to begin with as his vision sucks and he can barely see. Rock crawling is only 5 feet away and you can also sit down and drive it, and they go the perfect speed.
