Slash vxl 2wd lcg chassis with flotek fusion body

Hit the hobby store the other day and felt a need for speed so i picked up a 29/76 pinion and spur but when i clocked the speed on a 3s i only got 47 mph.

The oldest part of the car is the battery I've never had a new one because the gens-ace lipos last so long but i will admit its been the slightest bit ballooned for the last 3 years but all the cores still read 11.1v Lmk what you guys think

I would invest in a charger that can provide IR readings on the cells, if any cell is above 15mΩ then I would replace the battery at that point.
