Traxxas reverse steering?

Hey i just got a used RC and it has the Traxxas TQ with just the set button on it, as well as the traxxas tq receiver. well i got it out to run it and the steering is reversed. Can anybody give me a run threw of how to change it around? And thanks in advance.

Your best bet would be to call Ghost Busters, no wait sorry it's 1-888-TRAXXAS.
A service tech should be able to help. Cause I can't find any help in any of the pamphlets that came with my mini e-revo

The owner's manual will have a guide on how to do it, if you don't have it, you can download it from Traxxas's website.

there is a switch on the controller it is next to the on switch

Is it the TQ that looks like the TQI. If it has a part number on it, that'll help.
If it is that Tx the manuals difficult to find, The part numbers should be 6516(2ch) 6517(3ch) if i'm thinking of the correct Tx.

Cool, how did you end up doing it.

Told me to hold the set button on the radio till the light blinks green, then turn the wheel left or right, doesn't matter to the max for a second or two, and it will reverse it or set it to default.

Cool, I've heard of the problem you had, but couldn't be sure how to change things since it has no menu button and didn't know where i seen the fix.
I wonder how the menu tree works.

I am having the same issue but my operator only has a Selection and a Set key down at the end and I can't discover anything in the guide to tell me how to appropriate it
