Traxxas medium super duty glow plug question! (3232X)

Just want to know what kind of plug it is, can someone tell me by for example R3, R4, R5, R6.
I want to run it on my sh.28 8 port because apparently, I'm running with the wrong plug and too low compression (16% nitro) Lucky i just found out the fact that the Traxxas one is not only hotter but also longer in length, which should get me more compression. So the only question now will be how hot the plug actually is, cause I'm worried that it'd ruin my piston.

The 4 original TRX glow plugs were:

3230 - Hot - supposed to be best for the pro .15
3231 - medium - supposed to be best for 2.5 & 2.5r
3232 - medium - supposed to be best for 3.3
3232x - medium super duty - supposed to be a long life 3232
