Trading my chevy luv and 1/2 working street bike for a 86 shortbed chevy lifted 4" with 36's dual flows and a nice healthy 350 with some add ons. Bad gas mileage but whatever lol. I need something I can tow with and haul stuff around in. The LUV is cool but not practical at all lol. SO here is the beast I am getting...

Nice!

Looks to be in great condition.

Cool congrats. I think Joe might need pics of the bed.

Looks Good Bro. Only thing I dont care for is who makes it..... :\ LOL But everyones opinion is different. But it looks good as far as exterior now lets see the motor and interior.

On another post there was a request for the pics of inside the bed. If you get a chance can post some?

I dont have the truck yet. Its my buddy steves (boosted4lyf) brother in law. Steve sent me these pics today. I will have it in a bout a week or so and take all the pics I can :) Not its not a stick its a auto and I love the color so no murdering will be going on. I never had anything lifted before. Drove them alot but never owned. I am stoked!

Man, thats a clean truck. Thats the kind that I'm looking for, but i can't find one around here, only the long beds :(

That's a good looking truck, especially for those year models. You don't see many that are that clean, not around here anyway, the salt and crap eats them alive in their old age. Congrats H8!!

Thats one reason I like cali... away from the ocean that is... All the old cars are in great condition as far as rust. My chevelle sat in a field before the last guy got it and there is only 2 spots of rust on the whole car and thats around the rear window. They are only about dime size.

Sweet Deal Brandon, One question for you? Will it pass SMOG I just noticed the temp tag in the back window that is why i am asking.

It will with the smog stuff that I am getting with it but its been smogged within the window of time you have for a transfer so i dont have to smog it for 2 years. I do have to get a light and brake inspection cause its a salvaged title but it never got wrecked someone just sold it to a junk yard cause they couldnt smog it. They guy I got it from bought everything to smog it got it smogged then put all the cool poop back on haha.

What year is it? Here in NY you have to pass emissions until the vehicle hits 25 years old, then after 25 you only have to pass a safety inspection.
