The new track looks nice.

Now, only if I can find the front upper A-arm for my Lightning. Might have to try some JB weld to hold the turnbuckle in for a little while.

I know! I e-mailed Bio (the guy that started the shop) and suggested some pics of the track on the web site. It is about 50 x 100 or so, and I'm the rails are 2x4's with plastic strips on the corners that are somewhat springy. It's pretty sweet, and about 6 miles from my house. Only problem is I don't have anything electric to run there. Well, an X-mod, but I don't think that counts. LOL!!!!!!

Hrm - this is all NE Ohio

Anyone know of anything in SW Ohio (Dayton area)?

My LHS (The Hobby Shop) has one that I havent been to yet. I need a new car that will fit in a racing class I guess.

Just found the site for an offroad track in the columbus area for the summer.

Hello everyone in Ohio. I just wanted to get the word out about a new track in Ohio. We are in the process of finishing it. All the is left is some grading of a few jumps, grading the bank around the end of the track and laying the tubing. So probably a few more weeks and it will be ready to run. It is about 14 miles east of Anna. Track is approximately 110X205 feet. This is a private track that we our building at my buddies house and plan on inviting the public out a few days of the week. Most lanes are 15 feet wide. Table top is 12x20 and can be easily cleared. This will be a very fast track with some big air sections. There is a really good mix of technical and big air sections. Soil is top soil and clay mixed. Since the xdome closed and that was the closest track we decided to build our own. We welcome all nitro and electric offroad vehicles. You can see some pics and keep up with the latest info on Ohio Nitro Web site.

I have a nitro TC3. Where does this fit in?
Well a TC3 is a street car correct? This is an offroad track with big jumps. I doubt you could make it around the track without breaking it. There were a few guys out last weekend that have street cars but they didn't run them. Most of the guys running at the track have monster trucks and a few have buggies. There was even a guy last weekend that had an offroad electric buggy. We pretty much welcome anyone to come and check the track out though. Stop out if you would like.

I might have to do that sometime. My Q: of where does the TC3 fit in? was more about a guy from WI chimming in to tell us he had one in a thread about tracks in OH.

I realize that this is an old thread but I thought it might help some folks out that may be in this portion of the state or may want to travel to race or run sometime...Here is a Link to my LHS they have an indoor electric track..and 2 outdoor tracks that you can use for free weather permitting....Anyway, Here is a link...
