I have put some RGT bars on it, the truth is that they fit together simply, they fit well, it would be better welded, but I can't do it and these can be mounted without touching anything

That will be impossible, that car has been on a shelf at a friend's house for more than 10 years that another friend has managed to buy... so a "how it was done" is impossible...
