too rich all of a sudden

What can cause a revo 3.3 trx engine to run rich all of a sudden. I'm running on 11th tank and started to have engine quits every few second after accellerating the engine would quit and hydrolock. i changed the gplug and had to set the highspeed needle 1 full turn lean just to get it running again.. what caused it to be excessively rich within few minutes??? thanks...

It probably broke on in, they break in fast. Run it where it performs with good smoke without killing glow plugs.
