tomahawk ST front diff

i'm completely new to nitro rc. and love it already! starting to learn about tuning etc. but i've broken my front diff i'm pretty sure, enginde drives both front & rear shaft, but where the shaft goes to the diff input it spins and nothing happens at the left or right drive output cups. so i'm going to attempt to change it! ordered a new diff and front bulkhead just incase there is internal damage. got some #7000 silicone oil as reccomended in the manual today. i'd appreciate any knowledge or advice or manual instructions that are useful on how to get the diff out and replace it. the front end looks pretty complicated to me as a beginner. thanks in advance for any help!

Your user manual should have exploded views of how everything goes together and comes apart. Its generally not that hard.

went for it on my own. it's easier than it looks! turns out both front friveshaft grub screws were loose at the diff. i've taken them out and checked for any damage. the look good. cleaned the diff. put some 7000 silicone oil in. loctited the grub screws back in. gonna check the back diff and centre for and loose bits next. cheers for the help
