So if I turn the faucet for a garden hose to the right my Petunias will grow faster?

NO, NO, to the LEFT. To the right will be leaning out their water supply. To the right only for desert cactus.

ok thanks i understand now. but another question when i look into the carb should i be able to see the slide when i pull on my radio and make it go full throttle . like i can see my slide at full throttle should i be able to or no.

You should be wide open. If it's not wide open, it's a linkage adjustment, but don't worry about it till it's been through it's break in.

No. Your hsn and lsn are you used for 2 two different situations. The low speed needle is incharge until half throttle. If you have a problem before half throttle you richen or lean the lsn depending on what you need. In this case you need to richen it. Past half throttle the hsn is in controll. Any problems past half throttle you richen or lean the hsn. You dont need to touch this right now.

Don't over lean the lsn to much will cause it to run hot try the master first 4 turn from the closed position
