To clean or not to clean ?

Umm....why the hell does the foam look like its all bloated and expanded? I've always washed my filters with dish detergent, let them dry over night then re-oiled.

I've heard that the foam reacts with certain chemicals. Is that what happened to your filter after you shot it with the WD40?

It turned white when I cleaned it. You know how the airfilter expands when you put it in nitro? Well It didn't but when my friend put it in his stuff it sure did!!

WD-40 doesn't react to the foams. Youll be surprised why the motorsaver comapny doesn't adopt this technique.
