Screw extractor works well if you can fit it in there....the other popular choice would be reverse drill bits. Sometimes they get enough of a bit to back the screw out for you.
 
same just happend to me a few daays ago but i just got a bigger allen key and pushed down hard and screwd them out
 
I've taken a drill bit that was just a hair larger than the head of the bolt and gently drilled the head of the bolt off. Then you wiggle the head off over the remaining bolt stubs and remove the stub with a pair of pliers or dykes.

Have used this method many times over the years.
