Tire rub issue

So I got this defender on a trade, it has pretty bad front tire rub even with the stock tires. I might be wrong but it kinda looks like the front tired are a bit forward, could it be the high clearance links? The front bumper is also a bit big but I didn’t have this issue before when I had a different type of link.
Any idea what could this be?

I don't know anything about those trucks but it looks like it's sitting really low. Are the springs sagging? Did the previous owner change or modify the springs?

But it’s supposed to sit low, isn’t it?
I’ll check the shocks anyways, they might not have any oil.

I would think you'd set it up so it doesn't rub at its lowest point. (shocks totally compressed) Then when the truck stands back up, (springs released) there can be no problems.

Yeah, shocks had almost no oil plus it was very thin. I put 30wt in them, no rub issue. Thanks guys
