Hey guys I kind of decided to post this in hopes of helping someone. I bought a set of new rims for my stock savage tires and needed to remove the stocker rims. Well after using the search feature here I decided that boiling rims was the way to do it. On my first one that I did I ripped the tire. I don't something like this really exists so here ya go. This will work if your tires float as you put them in the water. I boiled mine on one side for eight minutes and removed it from the water with a set of bbq tongs and broke that side of the tire free. Than put it back in the water with the side that is still glued face down for another eight minutes than pulled it out and broke that side free and voila it worked perfectly.
