so when i turn my electronics on and i press gas my throttle doesn't open all the way? But it opens..

is this normal?

It sounds like the servo may be at the end of its throw. Try centering the servo, then remove the servo horn and reinstall it making sure the throttle is closed.

By centering you mean?
The horn is the plastic head?.I assume

Yes unscrew and remove the servo horn turn on your electronics and set the throttle trim on the radio to zero.

Then you put the horn back on with the linkage pulling/pushing the carb to the point of idle. (vs apply brake or apply throttle). Then you adjust your throttle EPA on your radio if you have it to get it to open the throttle all the way without running it so far that it hits a mechanical limit. That can be hard on servos.
