if anyone owns, drove or has owned one of these(pro exceed madwarrior.28) plz tell me your thoughts and opinions...and if u know which is better the truggie or buggie version???

Exceed isn't a well known company in RC Circles. I would recommend going with more mainstream companies like Associated, HPI, Losi and Traxxas. These companies have good customer support and parts availability as well as people here that can help you with problems.

+1 with Hamz. The biggest problem like he mentioned is parts support or the lack of it. I have a old knock-off and I have spent hours on google looking for parts and paying some stupid shipping fees just to do it all over again. I stuck with major companies from then on.
