I have been thinking about putting together a 24th scale garage. Anybody done this? I know @Iowa crawler has a really cool one. If you have one, please share. I need ideas.

I would fall SO FAR down a tunnel of OCD that I'm pretty sure I'd create a black hole! Just have fun with it and I think it will be a great project!
Plus, you 3D print so this is perfect for you! 😎
I've seen some garages done. They seem like a cool addition to a nicely built scale r/c. 👍

I'm in the same boat as you. A scale garage sounds cool, so does a slot car track or even a scale train track setup - but I always end up at the same spot. Where would I put it.
Yes to all of the above. Really drives me crazy, I love miniatures, so dioramas always appeal to me.

I have thought about it, but have nowhere to put one. :(
You could sell a few 6-packs of crawlers to make some room! 😂
If it doesn’t have a fog machine installed for photo shoot, I’m gonna be wicked disappointed 😎
I needs to play "Smoke on the Water" too! Maybe a strobe light or lasers? 🤣

Our house came with 3/4 of a HO track already set up.
Its hung on the walls like narrow shelves.
I want to finish the rest of the track and make it go again.
I guess if theres no more room for train tables or a set up on the floor, go up! 🤣

I actually did that before. I even made the scale lumber on a bandsaw. But it was in 1:160 scale 😆

Built one of these the same way too, almost identical to this, but longer, and curved. Stick, by freakin stick. This one looks to be HO scale which is 1:87.

I'll try to get some pics. This track is around the edges of a cathedral ceiling so its like 9 or 10 feet above the livingroom floor.
access to the track (once completed) would be from 2nd floor catwalk.
The catwalk is where I thought I could start building a CRAZY indoor, multi floor 1/10 scale crawl track...
Who has a few grand $ and some free time to come install with me? 🤣🤣🤣

Supply the flowers and I'm on my way. 😆🤣

I need to grow again this year. You can come "trim" with us too! 👍
I wasn't ready for how much work the harvest is! 🤣

Just thinking... I should lay out a Mini Z track in the basement before one of our rotten kids "claims" it! 🤣
The tv and couch is set up with a switch on it already... the clock is ticking on this one!

I might need a full time employee! 🤔
