I love the build, but love to run them too. I actually feel remorse when I focus more on one type than the other. Mostly been working on my drag car stuff, and neglecting the monster trucks. But, there's RC World Finals at Digger's coming soon, so once it's warm enough I'll be out there with the trucks and practicing.
I kind of have a "two of everything" mentality. I have two solid axle trucks, two independent suspension trucks, two drag cars, etc. I have a buggy that hasn't had an engine in it for years, and a 1/16 mini nitro solid axle truck that doesn't see much action, as it's a novelty item. Only build I have planned is another SE drag car, since I have 1 SE car, and one funnycar, and would like to have a backup SE car. The funnycar kinda fits into that "novelty" realm, as I'll run it, but that's a prep car that only will see limited action maybe at IMDRA or RCDRL events.
