Yea, some previous advice 9n the 3200 KV motor, or a better esc would probably be the best step. But all of that is just addressing the design flaw of too large of a pinion gear, overgearing the truck. So if you go too big I'd a tire, the cogging will get worse, because your effective ratio is way too tall. I had 64mm tires, but the cogging was so bad it was difficult to crawl. I went down to 60, with the stock motor, and it was much better.

Hi there. I'm new in this little guy ucx24 pro. How the thing is going after reduce the tire size? Is worth to change the motor to 1900?

I actually used the 3200Kv. A lot more torque than the 1212 motor it comes with.

It is possible to flip the transmission to face the motor to the rear and put the battery up front. The extended links and driveshaft for the fcx24 from Treal is a good modification. A good set of beadlock wheels will help a lot.
