Why is it that it does not seem like a good on the RCNT? What is the matter with it? Is it better, stronger than a T Maxx?
Thanks

A guy had one at our local track and it seemed very well built for the money. I've not seen one run, but out of the box it feels pretty strong. Just based on what I had seen, they're worth the money. The problem may come in local part support, knowledge base, etc...

I have a long time Savage friend who gave me the thumbs up on the newer RTX-27.
I personally do not like the engine as I have dealt with them before in other duratrax rigs.
I have been seriously considering picking one of these trucks up.

After looking at tower-hobbies mag last night this is the truck I was thinking of. I guess it's the new name for it? Either way, it has a thunder tiger engine which is the same manufacturer as what's in one of my associated rc10gt2. I'm no expert in Associated but I think they use a lot of thunder tiger in their RTR vehicles? It's a good engine if taken care of. It's no O.S., but for the money it certainly won't disappoint.

a buddy of mine has one of the first editions and its down all the time. the plastic sucks, its real brittle and getting replacements is a pain in the ass manufacterer backorder.
