Hey Guys,

I have ordered the stuff I need to start my EMaxx BL project. I was not able to order everything that I will need..., but I have ordered enough to get me started. I ordered the EMaxx (of course), the Novak HV MAxx BL setup (6.5), MIP Center Drive Shafts, (The CVD's at the 4 corners will have to wait), UE Steel Idler gear, RRP diff gears, RRP Double Slipper with 76T Spur, and 13T Pinion, RPM skid set, and Heat sink for the Can from Novak. I hope to be able to upgrade the Suspension, and Arms soon, but this is enough to get me started. I would also like to upgrade the diff cases, but the gears I figured were more important. Well I just thought I would share. Have a great weekend.

Nice.

Can't wait to see the progress of this. It's going to kick ass.

Hey Rob, Thanks man. I am looking forward to it. It should all be in by Friday afternoon... I hope. It is a bit intimidating having to tear down a brand new Rig, but Traxxs' diagrams are pretty good so I should have no problems. I will post some pics as soon as I can. I am sure I will have many more questions once I get started. It is nice to know that others have taken on this project before. Take care, and thanks again my friend.

Once you learn your way around the Maxx-series rigs, they're actually pretty easy to work on. It's kind of the same way with the Savages. Each model has it's own little shortcuts, and once you learn them, you'll be amazed how easy taking out the diff or the center trans is.

I'm looking forward to watching this build; give us lots o' pics, or else we'll riot!

Thanks guys... I will post pics as soon as I can. Everything should be here friday... I hope! LOL

I am looking forward to this. I need something quiet so that I can bash around the yard when the yet to be concieved baby is sleeping. I can't believe my lovely wife approved such a purchase, but I am not complaining. She knows this is something I love to do so she rarely objects. Of course it didn't hurt that I sold my XTerm Buggy to help fund this project either! Thanks guys.
