I was out this morning playing with my storm truggy at about 8 am, when the coolest thing ever happened. I was bashing in this field near my house when an immature red tailed hawk stooped (that is attacked from the air) on my truck!! he didn't hit it but he got within 3' before he veered off and landed about 20 feet away and watched me run it for about 5 min. then he flew over to my 1:1 truck and landed on the roof and watched for about a min. then he swooped over me at less that arms length and flew to a mound about 10' away from me and started to scream to me (it didn't look mad just wanted to talk I guess. I managed to get within 5 feet of it before he left but... it was the coolest thing ever!!!!!!!!!!

That is cool.
Next time try to get a video.
He might come back.

man I was just kicking myself for not having my camera with me. it was one of those just sneak out at 7:00 and go play. no planing just play, man I wish I had my camera!!

Watching Hawks attack is cool ,but ya never have a camera... working next to a large park we have a Hawk nesting near by... it gets squirls, sparrows, rats... but a monster truck

I still think the coolest is the scratches on the top of my chevrolet where he landed to watch me drive the MT around. Plus I have never been able to get that close to a wild hawk (man I could have reached out and grabed him (and got bit a bunch) he was within arms length)

sounds very cool. What if it picked up your truck?!?! LOL, that would be great but I would get pissed. You see your car just flying away, nothing you can do about it... Although that is very unlikely and nearly impossible.

Cool man, we have one that gets into our hangar once in a while, he's usually perched up on top of one of our ramp lights.
