i have a mt2 and i as i was just checking over the car i noticed that one of the dog bones seems to not be long enough or better said is very lose it doesn't quite look like the other side idk if that is common or what and also do i have to replace the whole set up or is it something as simple as changing the axle where it conects to the tire bc that is where it seems to be really lose at well comes apart if wheels turnewd where up at the drive shaft it dont come out of there... the axle part is what looks dif on this side its the left side if looking at car i have put up some pics to show better what I'm talking about thanks

can't figure out how to put pics on here sorry but its a little black rod going fom the frnt gear box to the tire thanks

Sounds like you may have the wrong dogbone in it or a worn out stub axle.

1966 is right and yes you can buy just the dog bones (drive axle) go to the hobby shop take the old one with you get the right part# and compare the lenght!:whhooo:(if you got the money replace both then you dont have to worry about it)

Another possibility is to upgrade to CVDs so that you don't have the problems with losing the dog bones.

thanks yea i was looking i think if its the shorter of the 2 i will try for the longer one and also it looks completly dif from the other side is that normal it looks like one side has a locking type where it dont slide at all and the side I'm talking about has just the dog bone sitting in a axle thoughtthat was weird wish the pic thing was easier i gues lol

I don't know if this is the same problem or not. My evader came with steel dogbones. it sat for a while but when i went to use it the one axle kept coming out of one of the cups. upon further inspection i saw that the other axle had a small spring in each cup. this may sound bad but i used the spring out of a clicker pen. cut it in half and put each half into the cups. it has been working for 6 months.the spring just keep the axle centered
