I love these KK-Pit tires but, they are too tall to allow chassis slap. My next experiment will have to be shocks from the sct possibly. The front tower is from the sct so that may get it back to the same geometry and allow the chassis to bottom out before the shocks do. The rear will have to do the same although it is a lot closer. Maybe the front buggy shocks can go on the rear as long as the travel isn’t limited.
Worst case scenario I go back to the 2.8” tires that look a little too small.
I don’t really jump this thing so I have never worried about it.
Set it so it can't slap you back!!! 😉🤕

Back on the prolines 😒
Don’t get me wrong, I like the look of the tire tread and the wheel design. The tread itself does very well for what I run in, it’s the diameter of the tire that kills the look for me.

Still dig it.. Love that whip sir. Just gives more of a full size rock bouncer vibe in that trim..😎🤘

I'm diggin' the Maiden poster too. I agree, sometimes tire size just doesn't look right, but limited options make it necessary.
Good freaking EYE, man! For a sec I thought you were talkin’ to me, and then I went back through every page of J’s thread lol. 😂

Forgot to add quote, bad habit o' mine.

I love the band and the artwork.

Those would look great on there if the diameter is right.
126mm OD which is about the size of the Proline stuff. The OG Badlands are 4.95" / 126mm. The belted MX Badlands are 5" / 128mm. Both tires are at 2.10" / about 53-54mm in width which is perfect for the look I am after. I don't like that super wide MT looking tire. The KK-Pit tires are about 135mm which is too much to allow chassis slap.
I don't know if I can use the truggy shock towers to raise the top mounting position to effectively make the shock "shorter" or, use a combination of shorter shock bodies with longer shafts to get the geometry it needs.
The M2C towers look like they have some extra mounting holes for the top eyes of the shocks but, at $60 a piece it's an expensive "what if".
My work continues...

If you raise the tower, then you will be suffering on the droop side of things.. It’s a balancing act. 😉

Right, which putting shorter shocks on showed me that part. I guess I just need to use buggy size tires, it is a buggy after all. 🤷‍♂️
