Yes baja champ TL01b. servo is a 25tooth 20kg. I have the original servo horn but has some slack as the ring is plastic and opens up slightly as it turns, so was looking for somthing stronger

Oh and it has been upgraded in places

So will the aluminium one fit ok. How would I attach the steering arms as mine have ball posts at the moment

Personally i would messure the push rod linkage you have. And get some turnbuckle linkage. So you can adjust them on the fly. You can change the rod ends to whatever you want.. can go with ball ends, hollow ball ends, aluminum rod ends, nylon, what ever you want them to be. Then like @Chubaka said. Just use a nut on the back side of the ball or bolt/screw on the nuckles or the saver...I have ball ends on push rods on my hornet. They will be switched to a 3mm turnbuckle rod. Not these but longer ones...

I have already switched out the turnbuckles for Schumacher ones. I was just thinking the metal horn in the link you sent looks as if the two holes at the front are too close together to get 2 ball posts next to each other
This is my little project so far

Nicely done sir.. Personally I would probably go with the one from Tamiya then selves.. its the closest to what you already have.. and the horn or any of the links were just references.. just showing you that they made the high torque savers for the Tamiya's.. sorry should have been more clear about that.. would definitely want a squared of servo horn instead of arm.. they also have round circles horns for tighter spaces..

Thanks stoner hope to try it soon when the weather has turned a bit, instead of constant raining lol
