Why won't the vid open for me? None of them will. On the screen where the vid should show, I get the little red X it the top left corner.

Wow

:bow:Damn!!! the freakiest thing is that its sound like a real rig too...LOVE IT!!! Approx how much would one of those go for??:)

Great look truck Eddy, nice work on the build! I love the little kid laugh at the end.....nothing like a man enjoying his toy LOL

Very nice looking rig you built. What kind of trailer are you building for it?

It won't display for me either, Rolex. But, I could watch it [ame=http://youtube.com/watch?v=V2PREoIT-z0]here.[/ame]

It wouldn't open there either, but I finally tried switching from IE to Firefox and everything worked.

Ed, that's absolutely intense.

Looks pretty nice. I remember Tamiya was showing this a couple years back. It was pretty detailed and some really nice realistic features. Does it have a Trailer Option? I remember them being able to back into one and connect to it all by itself and vice versa.

Looks nice!

He should make a Black T/A like Knight Rider and get the theme song. Have it drive in and out of the trailer.

Started on the trailer.

Since you've been testing this with a stick radio, I guess it doesn't come with it's own Rx or Tx. What does it require? Standard 3 ch? Does that mean you can just get a receiver for your radio and everything will work?

Very nice lookin trailer, Ed. You've got the full light and automatic jackstand kits for it?

My guess is the trailer has its' own pack on it, probably a 9V battery, and it's triggered by the mechanism near the kingpin, seen in the third picture from the bottom.

It uses a 3/4 channel stick. I guess one could adapt a high end 3/4 channel pistle grip. I may play with this later on.
L/R one
F/R two
Horn three
Retractable legs on trailer four.

Right now I'm only using 3 so a pistol grip SHOULD work

The tail lights operate from the main TRUCK control panel. There is wiring that plugs into the light board and a multi plug that mounts on the rear truck cab. There is then a plug that goes from the trailer to the cab. The ruck makes all the appropriate sounds when the trailer hooks up.

So far the only 2 down sides are that the lights have to be manually plugged in and they dont list the motorized leg retractor as being compatible with this trailer kit. The legs are spring loaded and retract automatically but they don't automatically raise up when dropping the trailer. After all is said and done, ill look into rectifying all these issues.

I'm all done now.
It looks KILLER!!!!!!
I tried taking some pics tonight but the trailer is shiny chrome and the flash plays hell on it. Ill take some in the day light and post them.

I can't believe how good it came out looking.
