When i accelerate then let go of the throttle my engine still revs a little high for a few seconds then you can hear it go to idle speed... whilst its reving a little high the truck will still roll.. speed depending on how fast i was going in the first place.. If I'm going a decent speed when i brake it does it too so I'm guessing its putting extra strain on my brakes...

It almost like my throttle servo is not retuning back to it original position for a few seconds.. but it does... And my return spring is still strong.. it returns my throttle arm fully everytime...

Anyone else had this problem...???
Am i even really making sense...???
 
maybe the LSN needs a bit adjusting ...my first engine was doing that to ....and if i remember well , i fixed it by playing with the LSN a bit .....hope that helps ;)...i think i had to richen it up a tiny bit

Sounds like macguyver is right. Although, since it does it after a high speed pass, it may be that your HSN is a bit lean causing it to scavenge for fuel when you let off the throttle.
 
+1. 1/12 at a time richer on the hsn until it stops. Then adjust your lsn if necessary. Remember to drive around for a bit and let the adjustment take.
 
I had this happen from a broken spring on my clutch shoes, the shoes would hold onto the clutch bell until the drivetrain slowed down a little. Try what the suggested first though.. it's semi rare for a spring to break like that
 
I checked my clutch and its all ok :)

I have been reading that its something to do with my LSN...
But Matt your saying its my HSN...?? Is this correct..??

The other thing I keep reading is that when I Lean my LSN I should Adjust my idle a little lower.. But when I lean my LSN Its lowers my idle so I have to raise it a little...??
I'm definatly turning it Clockwise to lean...

Last thing...(Update) I was playin with my LSN and Idle yesterday and almost solved the problem.. Then all of a sudden the temp got to 320..!!! So I let it cool.. Richened my HSN but before i got a chance to give it a good test I lost my E Clip holding my clutch on and I didnt have a spare :( Will try again in a couple of days...
 
that sucks ..not being able to ride it just because of a tiny clip ....if you have screws that fit your shaft ...you can put that instead of the clip ...you might need a couple shims and a washer ...but the clip problem would go away ;)

I believe that's a hsn issue. As olds said, the fuel flow is catching back up after it's sucked out for a high speed pass. As far as the idle lowering from leaning the lsn, are you sure the barrel is sitting all the way against the idle screw? Your not pushing the barrel in ever so slightly when you push the screw driver against it?

So I have got it the wrong way around...And I am reading right..??
 
A leaner lsn will raise idle. Just like when you run out of fuel. The rpm's increase as the last of the fuel is used up. So if you take just a little fuel away, the idle should rise just a little bit.
