Exactly, thats because in most places people will not buy a maxx because they require to much work to do even normal running. Thats what most of our shops around here are doing. They dont sell maxxs but they do sell parts for them. They ended up getting them returned every week because they break too much!!

they all break it just depends on the drivers skills and the terrain on a course or out bashing

^True but not as often as others. I've out my savy threw ALOT more than my Tmaxx, and my tmaxx I was replacing parts all the time. My savage only has bent a spring and broke a upright.

Tmaxx's are fun to work on. Everything so laid out there for ya, but there is alot of weak spots. But its still a decent truck.

I have just traded for a T-Maxx to have something to wrench on. My Savages just don't break enough to keep me busy. Seriously

I have both. They are different type of MT. Savage is more solid and durable. I have it for 2 years, about 5 gallons on it. I have replaced the differential related parts 4 times. For my Tmaxx, i replaced the controls arms many times. But, the Tmaxx is more fun to drive b/c is is lighter and repsone quicker. 3.3 is definitely very exciting to play with as i have played .21 picco on Tmaxx before, it flies. But the original 2.5 motor sux. If you plan to buy 2.5 Tmaxx, save your $, only 3.3 Tmaxx or a regular savge.
