Super gluing tires?

Is this still a common practice? I've heard of some products now specifically used for gluing tires will regular super glue still do the job? I got some Loctite control gel laying around but it starts to cure within 10 seconds would this be ok. Sorry for the stupid ? but its been awhile since I've had to glue any up

i used crazy blue with good results ...had some locktite gel like you ...but i didnt like it ...was to thick and would not go in all the cracks like the liquid one

High-quality super glue works decent. But for any vehicle that makes good power, ca glue should be used.

i used super glue on my sand paddles and i havent had any problems yet.

found some regular liquid Loctite at home just going to use it for now
