What's a good way to get these stripped screws out so I can pull the head off? I'm not aware of any easy-outs small enough to fit down there.

The engine is an AE .21 from a MGT. I have replacement screws.

Actually, I just drill the head of the screw off. It leaves about a 4mm stump that you can grab onto with a pair of vise-grips once you get the head off. Just make sure to drill slowly and stop drilling when the head of the bolt is gone. Use a bit that is a little larger than the head of the bolt.

I've done it that way 4 or 5 times with few problems.

I've done as Olds suggested as well. However, you don't necesarilly need to use a bit that's larger than the head, but a bolt that's just larger than the body of the screw itself and not larger than the head. :2cents:

There's a good simple idea. I think I'll try it some time, it will at least save me money.

If your replacing the head just take a dremmel and saw off the head just below the head of the screw.
