With all the chatter about Stompers lately, You guys made me dig mine out. I was pretty sure I still had it but it took me an hour to find it. Sadly it didn't run when I put a battery in it. I'll have to take a closer look at it later.

Here it is next to Ogre (my SCX24).

Wow, I can't believe you even still have one of those. 😍

To be honest, I am surprised too. As a kid we moved a lot, so not many childhood things made it this far. Me and my dad got these for Christmas one year and had lots of fun. :)

That makes the 24 looks like a Xmaxx...:thumbs-up:

I was just sitting here today laid up with my damn back out thinking how fun it would be to RC an old Stomper. My brother and I used to save up money from pop bottles, my paper route, and working in my dad's wood shop and go blow it all on Stompers. They were a blast. The original rock crawlers!

I blew all my paper route money at the nearby arcade. When the games were only 25¢.......except Dungeons and Dragons.
