steering problem

hi i just got my savage x 4.6 it's fully broken in to.Now when i start to turn right it gets stuck and makes a sound like its trying to get back but its stuck.I'm just wondering on if ANYONE can help me on how to make it turn without getting stuck.I also changed the batteries in the reciver and transmitter so ya =) and

Your engine is most likely flooded, take out the glow plug, flip it over, pull/turn afew times, and you should be good after the excess fuel comes out.

so if i un flood the engine the steering servo would start working?

ah i read your question wrong, uh try checking the steering setupto see if everythings okay, see if you can turn it manually without it getting stuck, if so its most likely an issue with your steering servo.

i can turn it manual so does that mean i have to replace the servo?

I'm not sure but if you can turn it manually with ease the only thing that i think could make the problem would be the servo. Try taking off the servo horn, turn the electronics on, and put the servo horn back on so that the wheels are straight. If that does not work I'm not too sure what else it could be besides the servo.

You sure there is no binding anywhere? Is your servo strong enough for steering your rig?

Does sound like it's binding.Take a good look at the steering components and make sure nothing is bent and stuck in there.Try what abovelegit has suggested to center the servo.

How old is the rig and have you had an wrecks???

i just got my savage and i think I'm just going to replace the servo=) and i did check all the compartments.When i took the servo out i tried and the servo it self gets stuck.So i think its the servo
