I've been waiting quite a while to make this post just in case things fell together but unfortunately things just fell apart. Basically I paid for a product I never received. I emailed about 4 email addresses I scrounged up for them and only got 1 reply... that was early on. the guy (name was "Kevin Ogden") asked me to be patient cuz he had some set backs. So I figure ok, poop happens sometimes right. yeah, whatever. No updates, no email replies, no nothin, asked for my money back twice... nothin. I've heard these guys were pretty straight up, just a small business. I don't know what kinda business the're tryin to run over there but that's not how you establish a customer base. maybe it's a honest f'up but at this point I doubt it. Just be warned fellas

Was this someone off ebay or just a site ya stumbled on? Either way sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hope ya aint out to much dough.

a site that I stumbled on. I guess that shits just gonna happen here n there. Chalk it up to life. The amount doesn't really matter. Bad business is bad business ya know. it was www.trophyclass rc.com just so ya know. I figured it was a decent little business. well, it's probably a little business but it sure ain't decent. I'm in the middle of a transaction with another small business but this guy has been awesome so far. great customer service. Actually, heh, had me worried cuz my order got lost in the mail. But he get's back to me real fast and he remade the parts and shipped via UPS instead of USPS and ate the cost. I'll let everybody know who it is once I get the parts.
