Could i use my nitro starter box's 550 motor on my 1:10 electric car? i use my 4tec for drifting and imagine this motor must have tons of torque....

yes, you can but you need to fabricate a couple bits to make it work......be ready to replace drive train parts though

what do u mean by a couple of bits?
what drivetrain parts are probably going to break?

Hey those 550's are the same ones that come with Tamiya kits, stock. You'll probably have difficulty getting the drive wheels off them. You don't see them many places for sale but if you can find them you can pick them up real cheap, last I saw they were about ten bucks a pop. And heck yeah they'll have torque, I'm pretty sure that's a 36 turn motor . . . . but am positive someone will correct me if I'm wrong. :D
