Stampede - Good Deal?

So I found a Traxxas Stampede on CraigsList for $65. Comes with 2 motors (1 for torque, and 1 for speed), 2 Battery Packs, a Hobbico Charger, and the stock Traxxas Radio. Looks to be a good deal for me since the pics of it look like it's in excellent condition.

Buying this one for the wife to keep her off my case....Anyone have much experience with the Stampede electrics? What should I look out for?

I need a charger anyway, and can use the battery packs so even if the truck is a PoS when I see it...it's still kinda worth the $65. lol

$65? buy it man, i got a nitro stampede for sale if you wanna have even more fun!

$65 is a steal if its in good working conditon, the radio and receiver alone is worth $40 the charger another $20-$40 depending.. the motors about $30-$40 each depending what they are, i mean you could buy and part out and double your money easy, id pick it up quick

I already paid him for it. $80 shipped....I only wish I hadn't bought it since I scored that huge lot of electrics last night AFTER I sent him the cash. lol So look out for a Stampede or parts for sale soon!

btw I'm in hickory nc, and coulda brought you a nitro stampede for a good deal

Seller was in Asheville, NC and I spoke with him on the phone before I paid him. I'm not an idiot ;-) 4 hour drive vs $15 to ship it.....I'll pay the shipping. lol He's a verified PayPal User anyway so paypal protection covers both of us.
