Ran the Ninja in the truck for the first time today. Heating the block with a hairdryer to around 140 degrees is a must. I kept locking the piston until I got it heated. Luckily it only takes minutes to remove the mill and unlock the piston and reinstall.
Once I got that figured out. It would start right up once it got warmed-up. I was able to run 3 tanks in front of my house and had to lean the HSN a full 1-1/2 turns before it started to wake up. I still have tuning to do, but I can already tell this mill rips.
I think it's ready enough for the Reno bash. I just need to figure out how to get the mill heated up if we don't have power at the track.
