1/10 scale vehicles like the Maxx use clutch bells and spur gears that are 32 pitch SAE.

1/8 scale vehicles and 1/8 scale clutches are 32 pitch metric.

These two pitches do not mesh.

The Maximum ST is 1/10 scale so I would infer that it is 32 pitch SAE.

This is the stock clutch bell:

you see this:

REQUIRES: Different Sized Clutch Bearings: Two 5x10mm (DTXC1535)

5x10mm sure does sound metric to me. Why would gear pitch be SAE and the bearing meteric?

I own a Maximum ST but the bottom line is that I don't know. Maybe call the support center I bet they could tell you in a hurry.

yea i saw that quote too but i wasn't sure b/c the bearing sizes are in metric sizes
