hi i have a hpi savage 25. i have now stripped 3 spur gears apparently the mesh wasent right I'm looking at buyin a metal spur gear. does all the savage spur gear fit savage 25 iff i would change my clutch bell cheers! :) :L

Oh..please don't buy a metal spur gear.
 
Unless you have a hardened bell gear on your engine; the metal spur will chew it up and you will have to replace it. The only way to run the metal spur is a high quality hardened bell gear such as Ofna. I have completely destroyed a bell before. Granted it look pretty cool with a perfectly milled groove all the way down but bad for the bash session when you don't have a spare...lol

I have 52 spur gear robinson racing and hpi heavy duty cluch bell is the perfect mach never had issue. i dont know is i have a hardened bell gear where is the?:D
