Okay, bought this firestorm with a 'striped spur gear'
Now the car rolls fine, and the gear looks fine, picture below, is the spur gear whats really striped?

Pictures is too blurry to see if the spur is stripped or not for sure..

Doesn't look like it.

It does look like the slipper nut is set way loose though.

Tighten the nut down all the way and then back it off about 1/4 turn.

K. did that.

Well this is the thing, I'm not sure on this its been way to long, But I can move the spur gear, and the wheels move, just alittle, but they do, and I'm not sure if its supposed too?

Also... When i move the wheels / SG, the flywheel does not spin, Is that bad or good?

I looks ok to me. I run em till they are flat :) Ya the slipper nut is WAYYYYY to loose. Tighten it all the way the back out 1/4 turn.

EDIT: Haha I just saw Rob posted that.

The flywheel will not spin when you move the wheels or spur because the clutch shoes are not engaging it. This is normal.

but my wheels move when i move the SG, only alittle but they still move? is that good?

Thanks for the response's guys

Sounds like you need some good nut drivers. The best tool for the job is the correct tool. It will save you a lot of heartache in the future!

Thats correct 100%,
The guy just never sent me the right tool.
I just took a dremel and sanded about .5mm off each hex side and now it looks like a nut again!
