I was thinking of adding the Spektrum Telemetry to my Spectrum system with my 3PK.
Does anyone have this yet?
I'm wondering if it's worth it or not.
Just for the temp readout alone, it might be worth it.
Does it have an audible or vibrating alarm that you can set for a certain temp?
If yes, this sucker could have saved me some $$ last year when I blew up an expensive mill from over heating.

LMK. Thanks.

The receiver unit will alert you by vibrating if the sensor reads that the temperature has exceeded your pre-set limit.

it's worth it. i've been spoiled with the telemetry on that sensor. i was thinking about it the other day, and you could save a lot of time in a race, too. you can just tell your pit guy what mixture adjustments to make. you don't have to wait for him to temp it, tell the temp, then you tell him what you wanna do. you already know the temp. just give orders.:whip:

Better yet, if you have a knowledgable pit guy, you could let him monitor the telemetry from the pits, and call you in for fuel & adjustments during long heats..

all the knowledgeable pit guys around here don't work for free, though, so we have to use trained donkeys.:)

But my pit guy is a moron.
I wouldn't let him touch my engine with a............Oh. Sorry TJ.

Installing tile right now.
I'm having the hobby shop install the telemetry.
