Spektrum or servo problem?

I just got my M11 radio with the spektrum unit, and I am trying to get my T-maxx going. I binded the receiver and the controller. I plug in the steering servo, works great!! Throttle servo, not so great. I thought it was the failsafe that was connected... Not so. Plugged it directly into the receiver, and same problem. The problem is, when I turn on the power to the receiver, the throttle servo just goes to full lock. The steering servo works fine. The steering is a hitec 645mg, and the throttle is a 625mg. Any ideas?

Thats EXACTLY what mines doing. When I plug other servos in they work fine, but my 625's wont. They just lock up..
